COST

The cash price at our office for a vasectomy is $800.  This includes a consultation, the procedure, and follow-up semen testing.  There is a $50 dollar refundable deposit required to schedule the initial appointment.  If you no show, the deposit is forfeit.  If you show up to the counseling appointment and decide you do not want the procedure, your $50 dollars will be refunded.  If you decide you want to proceed, it will be applied to your total.
